Great access off oil pipeline service road at south end of Pippin Lake. The service road runs adjacent to the property for the first 450 feet of the road (see Plat). There is a gravel driveway that goes onto Lot 3 coming off the service road. Look for the Stop Sign where the service road hits the Richardson.
